Citta Counselling collects personal data in order to contact and assess clients. This is requested at a client’s first session. The details collected are:

- Contact telephone number
- Address
- Email address
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Relationship status
- Occupation
- Emergency contact details
- Health problems and /or medications
- Aims for counselling
At any time clients can request a copy of this information for viewing, amendment or to request permanent deletion. This can be done by emailing chetna.c@hotmail.co.uk
This data is not shared with third parties, without consent, unless a safeguarding issue arises or there is a need to pass on information to legal authorities for the purposes of public protection.
This data will be deleted at the end of our work together. However, with consent, a name and telephone number will be retained to ease any future contact
